DiabetLog Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the DiabetLog application (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

In-App Purchase Refund Policy

If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase from a user, we reserve the right to provide Apple with information regarding the user's in-app purchase consumption. This includes the following data: time since the install, total app usage time, anonymous account identifier, whether the in-app purchase being refunded was fully consumed, whether the in-app purchase came with a trial period or not, the total amount spent, and the total amount refunded.

Acceptance of Terms

This app is developed by Serafettin Sarisen. By downloading, installing, or using the DiabetLog application (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the app's developer.

Description of Services

The App enables users to log and track blood sugar measurements, view trends through graphs, and set measurement reminders. The App is offered on an "as is" basis and is free to use, although certain premium features may require in-app purchases.

User Accounts

Some features may require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose or in any way that could impair the App or interfere with another user's experience. You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access to the App's systems or services.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property within the App are owned by DiabetLog or its licensors. You may not reproduce, alter, distribute, or exploit any such content without written permission.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DiabetLog, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is developed. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction within that jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
